375 kensington high street, london
A new residential quarter at the western end of Kensington High Street, providing a range of high specification one to three bedroom apartments and penthouses.
In a contemporary interpretation of the traditional Kensington garden square, development surrounds a central courtyard, built on a podium slab over car parking. Box-headed trees are set in raised stone planters and a formal water feature has been introduced at the heart of the garden. In addition, a linear park exploits significant level changes across the site to open up extended views. Living walls soften basement vistas and ‘sky gardens’ have been designed for private use.
fabrik developed detailed designs for planning and working drawings for construction, and liaised over the public art strategy.
