Andrew Smith

Andrew specialises in contextually-led, high quality residential landscape masterplanning and detailing, an area of the market that he has worked in for both public and private sector clients. Andrew joined fabrik a year after we started to assist the growth of the practice.  He is involved in a wide range of national projects in the residential, leisure, health and education sectors, and is passionate about influencing progressive change to national planning policy to elevate the design quality of all schemes. He is a highly experienced Expert Witness.  He has an overview of the Operating Board and our masterplanning, landscape design, landscape planning and arboricultural workstreams.  Closer to home, Andrew sits on the South Downs National Park and Coastal West Sussex Design Review Panels.
