Kay Lung-Kendal, Technical Director at fabrik

Technical Director
BA (Hons) Dip LA CMLI

Kay has worked in the construction industry since 2002 on a wide range of residential developments, healthcare projects, schools and public realm schemes. She particularly enjoys unravelling the brief in conjunction with those who will eventually use the landscapes we create, to inform development of our design proposals. Kay has a degree in Architecture and is interested in the inter-relationship between buildings and the landscape, how landscape design integrates built form with its surroundings, and building layouts influence the creation of public space.  She is inspired to create simple spaces that allow different uses and can evolve to accommodate changing permutations over time.
