Simon has been with fabrik for 10 years today.

He joined us straight from college as a Project Landscape Architect, progressed seamlessly through his professional exams (expertly tutored by Johnny Rath) and marched onward. First he became an Associate, then Technical Director and finally Team Leader in the Alton Studio.

His progress, based on hard work, diligence and desire, has been fantastic and above all his loyalty has stood out.

How do we reward such dedication?
More money, gifts for his burgeoning bike collection, Star Wars memorabilia???
Alas, it is none of these.

The choice is simple: more time.

We are delighted to increase Simon’s holiday allowance by an additional week per year as a reward for his dedication and loyalty. It has been a real joy to watch him grow into such an integral part of team fabrik.
