pathway to chartership celebrations
03 December 2014
Congratulations to all who recently gained Chartered Landscape Architect status!
fabrik is delighted to announce that Angela Assorto-McIlwaine, Charlie Peck, Jonathan Assorto-McIlwaine and Lucy Harris have successfully followed the Landscape Institute’s Pathway to Chartership to gain full professional qualification. This is another clean sweep for fabrik candidates and mentors Eleanor Lawrence, Kay Lung-Kendall, Paul Barrett and Simon Greig.
Well done to candidates Angela, Charlie, Jonathan and Lucy
Many thanks to mentors Eleanor, Kay, Paul and Simon
We appreciate the hard work, effort and commitment of candidates and mentors which complements and formalises experience gained through project work.
The Pathway to Chartership is one aspect of career-long reflective learning and professional development which the practice actively seeks to support. We do this by providing mentors within the organisation, covering the cost of registration and the exam fee, giving paid study leave and allowing time each month for mentors and students to meet.
Candidates who pass their exam first time are eligible for bonuses. These are given in recognition of the benefits gained by the practice, and as an incentive to candidates. Mentors also receive a bonus in acknowledgement of their efforts. These awards are thoroughly deserved and just reward for all their hard work.
Angela and Jonathan's 'Double triumph for married couple' has been featured by the Landscape Institute.
