stanmore place, london
Dramatic water features play a prominent role within Stanmore Place, from a bridged approach over the extensive lake, to fountains within the principal courtyards. Properties in close proximity to water are highly desirable, and realised an increase of 15% in value for our client, St Edward Homes. The use of water is also a creative response to flooding issues as a site-wide strategy.
fabrik’s masterplan and design guide provided a cohesive development framework through nine phases. We have taken the project from pre-planning, through public enquiry to implementation of the entire development.
“Stanmore Place is one of the most desirable addresses in the area. Award winning landscape squares and avenues, cycle paths and a children’s play area all add to the unique community feel. The exceptional setting helps to achieve the right balance between city and community” – St Edward Homes
